Activate and Deactivate Employees
In the portal, you have the ability to manage emails that are no longer relevant to track, for example, if an employee has left the company. Here's how you can both deactivate and activate an email in a simple way.
Deactivate Employees
To deactivate an employee, search for the employee's email in the list and select it. You can manage multiple emails at the same time. Once your employees are selected, click on Deactivate.
Reactivate Employees
To reactivate an employee, select the desired employee from the deactivated list and click on Activate.
What happens when I deactivate an employee?
When an employee is deactivated, their leaked information is removed from the portal. If you later reactivate the employee, both retroactive and new leaked data will be reactivated and visible in the portal.
